Ground Rules For Using The Site And Product.
These terms describe how the iGotLabs website, shared account center, and SceneTune are offered, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from users.
1. Acceptance
By using igotlabs.io or downloading, purchasing, or using SceneTune, you agree to these terms and the related privacy policy and refund policy.
2. Product scope
SceneTune is a Windows display-tuning product intended to adjust display behavior, presets, and related comfort or visibility settings on the local machine. Product features, supported hardware paths, and pricing may change over time.
3. Accounts, licenses, and access
Paid access, device limits, subscriptions, and account-backed product rights are governed by the plan shown at checkout. Access may rely on provider records, entitlement state, activation checks, and reasonable anti-abuse controls.
4. Payments and renewals
Prices are shown on the public pricing section at /eyes#pricing. Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected at checkout unless canceled before the next billing date. Lifetime purchases are one-time purchases and do not renew. If you cancel a subscription, access remains active through the current paid billing period and the next renewal is stopped. Taxes, VAT, GST, or similar charges may be collected where required.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees and lifetime purchase fees are generally non-refundable once paid access starts. Any refund exception is handled only under the published refund policy, where required by law, or when we confirm a duplicate, unauthorized, or post-cancellation charge.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- abuse licensing or activation limits
- attempt to bypass payment or entitlement checks
- misrepresent the product as providing guarantees it does not make
- use the website or product in a way that harms our systems or other users
7. Updates and experiments
The product may include experimental modes, previews, or changing feature sets. We may update, suspend, or remove features to improve stability, safety, compliance, or supportability.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The site and software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, universal hardware compatibility, or that every display setup will behave identically.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, iGotLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or product.
