Refund Policy

Paid Access Runs For The Billing Period You Chose.

If you start a paid monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription, your access stays active for that billing period. If you buy lifetime access, that purchase is a one-time paid access grant for SceneTune. Charges are generally non-refundable once paid access begins, except for billing mistakes, unauthorized charges, or where the law requires otherwise.

1. Trials and first charges

Current subscription checkout may begin with a trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge. Lifetime checkout is a one-time purchase without a recurring trial. Once paid access starts, the rules below apply.

2. Billing periods and cancellation

Monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions stay active through the end of the current paid billing period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Lifetime access does not renew. Cancellation does not retroactively reverse the current charge or shorten the access window you already paid for.

3. What we generally do not refund

Subscription fees and lifetime purchase fees are generally non-refundable once paid access starts. We do not offer prorated or mid-cycle refunds for unused time, change-of-mind cancellations, or partial months, quarters, or years.

4. Limited exceptions

We may issue a refund or account correction when we confirm a duplicate charge, a charge after a timely cancellation, an unauthorized or fraudulent charge, another provider-side billing error, or when a refund is required by law.

5. What helps a billing review move faster

  • order or subscription identifier
  • the email used at checkout
  • the date and amount of the charge in question
  • a short explanation of the billing issue

6. Abuse, fraud, and chargebacks

We may deny requests tied to fraud, repeated abusive refund patterns, payment disputes used in place of normal support, or other misuse of the billing flow.

7. Contact

Use the published support page when you need billing help or believe a charge falls under one of the exceptions above.
