We Do Not Sell Your Data.
This page explains the information iGotLabs may collect through the website, checkout, licensing flow, shared account center, and support process for SceneTune and related products. The short version is simple: we collect only what is needed to run the product, billing, account, licensing, and support workflows, and we do not sell it.
1. Information we may collect
- contact details you provide to us, such as email address
- order, subscription, or transaction information created at checkout
- license, entitlement, activation, device-session, and account-related records
- support messages, issue reports, and optional diagnostic details you send us
- basic site, auth, or infrastructure logs needed for security and operations
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- process purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
- deliver access to paid features and shared account functionality
- prevent abuse, fraud, account misuse, and licensing bypass
- provide support and respond to product or billing questions
- improve product stability, reliability, and customer experience
3. Payments and third parties
Payment-card entry and card storage are handled by Stripe or another named billing provider shown at checkout. We do not store full payment card numbers or full card details on our own systems. We may keep limited billing records such as the product purchased, subscription status, provider customer or subscription IDs, receipt or invoice references, and support or billing correspondence needed to operate the service. Hosting, auth, messaging, support, infrastructure, and measurement providers may also process limited data as needed to operate the service.
4. Data retention
We keep data for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the product, maintain licensing and account records, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
5. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade customer data, rent customer lists, or hand over personal information to data brokers or ad marketplaces.
6. Data sharing for service operations
We may share information with service providers that help us run billing, hosting, licensing, support, security, compliance, account-auth, or site-measurement workflows. If we use website measurement tags such as Meta Pixel, those providers may receive limited browser, device, page-view, or conversion-event data needed for ad attribution, audience building, or campaign measurement.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we store. No system can be promised as perfectly secure.
8. Your choices
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or support around your information, subject to our need to keep billing, anti-abuse, and compliance records.
You may also use browser privacy controls, content blockers, or platform ad settings where available to limit some site measurement and advertising technologies.
9. Contact
Use the published support page for the current customer-support route and policy guidance.
